Windows 11 Upgrade & Hardware Refresh

Windows 10 stopped receiving security updates in October 2025. Every machine still running it is accumulating unpatched vulnerabilities, failing cyber-insurance requirements, and drifting out of compliance. We assess your fleet, upgrade what can be upgraded, replace what can't, and move everyone's data and settings.

Get Off Windows 10 Without the Chaos

A fleet upgrade is a project, not a weekend. We run it as one.

Fleet Assessment

We inventory every PC and check it against Windows 11 requirements — TPM 2.0, CPU generation, RAM, storage — and give you a list: upgrade, upgrade with a cheap fix, or replace.

In-Place Upgrades

Compatible machines are upgraded to Windows 11 with data, applications, and settings intact, tested afterward, and enrolled in management so updates stay current.

Replacement Hardware

Business-class Dell and HP desktops and laptops at partner pricing, specified for how each person actually works — not the cheapest box on the shelf, and not the most expensive either.

Data & Profile Migration

Documents, desktop, browser profiles, printers, mapped drives, Outlook — everything that makes a computer someone's computer — moved to the new machine so Monday morning is uneventful.

Application Compatibility

Line-of-business software tested before the rollout, not after. Legacy applications that won't run on Windows 11 get a plan: update, replace, or isolate.

Secure Build Standard

Every new or upgraded machine gets BitLocker encryption, EDR, Intune enrollment, local admin removed, and bloatware gone. The upgrade is also a security upgrade.

Extended Security Updates (Bridge)

For machines that truly can't be replaced yet, we enroll them in Microsoft's paid ESU program as a short-term bridge — with a replacement date on the calendar.

Staged Rollout & Training

Department by department, with a quick orientation to what moved in Windows 11, so productivity doesn't dip while the fleet turns over.

Unsupported Windows Is an Open Door

Attackers specifically target end-of-life operating systems because every new vulnerability stays open forever. Insurers, HIPAA auditors, and the FTC Safeguards Rule all expect supported, patched systems. A Windows 10 machine on your network in 2026 is a liability, not a savings.

  • Budget the refresh over quarters instead of replacing everything in one hit
  • Partner pricing on Dell and HP business hardware with proper warranties
  • Old machines wiped to NIST standards and recycled or redeployed responsibly
  • Every upgraded PC leaves our hands encrypted, managed, and monitored
  • Serving Tampa Bay businesses since 2008

Common Questions

Can our existing PCs run Windows 11?
Machines from roughly 2018 onward with an 8th-gen Intel or Ryzen 2000+ CPU and TPM 2.0 usually can. Older ones usually can't. The assessment tells you exactly, machine by machine, in one visit.
Is it really that dangerous to keep running Windows 10?
Yes. No security patches means every new flaw stays exploitable. Microsoft's consumer ESU program bought individuals one year; business ESU is paid, per device, and gets more expensive each year — it's a bridge, not a destination.
What does a replacement PC cost?
Business-class desktops and laptops that will last five years generally run $800–$1,500 before migration labor. We quote each role specifically, and we'll tell you when a cheaper option is fine.
Do we have to do it all at once?
No. Most clients stage it over two to four quarters, prioritizing machines that handle sensitive data or are furthest out of spec. We build the schedule with you.
