Remove the update. 

It is easiest to restart the computer, hit f8 to get into the recovery options, then Repair Your Computer.

Go into command prompt. 

It is easiest for Option 1. (Shown here as disk d)

Option 1:

Step 1: Type dism /image:d:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions

Step 2: Remove / Hide from Windows Update

Option 2:

Step 1: Type dism /image:d:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~7601.24002.1.4 /norestart /scratchdir:d:\temp

Step 2: Remove / Hide from Windows Update
