Microsoft's newest update for Windows 10 is set to release Monday April 30th for manual download. The update now titled "Windows 10 April 2018 Update" had an original planned release date earlier this month on April 10th under the name Windows 10 Spring Creators Update, but due to an unforeseen bug with the update the release was delayed. The update will be pushed to all Windows 10 computers on May 8th.
New features included in the April 2018 Update include a new Timeline that remembers your previously used applications, including new sync functionality with Microsoft Edge on the mobile devices. A totally new dictation software, as well as improvements to the Focus Assist are included in the release. Besides these major features the update primarily focuses on minor updates and optimizations.
Coming off the back of the 1709 update that left many with a bad experience hopes are high that the delivery of the April 2018 update will be improved.
