According to information received with Spectrum technical support, Business emails ending with @tampabay.rr.com will be discontinued. Customers are being encouraged to change email service providers. Residential users are going to be continued, for now.

We are forced to recommend users upgrade directly to Microsoft Office 365. There is no direct path, but contact Landshark IT if you need help with this. We are migrating many customers over the coming weeks.

Once we receive an exact date of when Spectrum plans to axe Roadrunner email, we will update this article.

Update 6/6/19: Unknown end date. They are discontinuing by "region."
